The evercurrent Dating Software must be hosted on the evercurrent server and source code will not be given. Evercurrent "Software Solution Package", valued at $649 USD. It is an option to order hosting, technical support and version upgrades. You will gain FTP access. You may choose to host with us. Hosting fees shown below: $9.95 a month, paid every 12 months $119.40 $12.95 a month, paid every 6 months $77.70 $14.95 a month, paid monthly Hosting fee will be a recurring charge in USD on your credit card. Or you may choose to host anywhere you like as long as the the server meets our Hosting requirements as outlined below: Windows server. Microsoft IIS with .NET support. SMTP service for out going emails. MicroSoft SQL server2000. Framework 1.1 The evercurrent Dating Site will only function as long as your domain is valid and management fee is up to date. If you fail to continue to pay for the management fee, the evercurrent Software will then be removed from the evercurrent Server and a Software reinstall and configuration will apply if you decide at a later date that you want the Site to be live once again. All profits made from usage of this evercurrent software are 100% yours. The evercurrent Online Dating Software will only function with the one domain name you choose to have the site created under. You are not obtaining title to the evercurrent Software or any copyrights. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer or resell the evercurrent software for any purpose. However, you can sell the Dating Site at anytime as long as the Dating Site stays under the same Domain name. Your payment for the evercurrent Software is for the usage of one license for one single Domain, but not ownership of the Software. Should you decide to terminate your commitment for operating the evercurrent Online Dating Software for any reason, at any stage of the process, there will be no refund, as our staff invests a lot of time to prepare for each step and the software will remain the property of evercurrent.com Evercurrent does not guarantee any set amount of income from this business, as the amount you make depends on your dedication, advertising methods, and implementation of the knowledge passed on to you in this transaction. Spam is absolutely unacceptable and such action will result in the termination of the web site. Management or Hosting Fees: You may choose to cancel the Management or Hosting subscription at any time. However, there will be no refund and the site will be removed from the server. (evercurrent.com) liable or accountable for any legal, financial, or any other claim resulting from the use of any of the above services requested from evercurrent by you including the evercurrent Dating Software. Delivery Policy: No Software will be shipped to you, the evercurrent Online Dating Software will be installed on our sever. The installation process for the evercurrent software takes approximately two days pending the following criteria being met: The Domain name is registered. Template choice is provided. Choice of one city from the USA, Canada, Australia or United Kingdom for 2000 free profiles is provided. Software payment. Completion of Paypal payment process in order for your site to accept payments from your members, for which instructions will be sent to you upon receipt of this signed agreement.
